- Sometimes a skaptodon becomes greedy, starts eating things they don't find in the earth, and degenerates to something like human shape. I learnt the hard way that it's much more difficult to kill a skaptodon that still has all its old strength. But one fell in battle here, and the shrine honours its bones.
